GENEVA, May 1 (Xinhua) -- The total number of lab confirmed human infections of influenza A/H1N1 has reached 365 as of 19:00 GMT Friday, the World Health Organization (WHO) said in a latest update.
The U.S. government has reported 141 laboratory confirmed human cases, including one death. Mexico has reported 156 confirmed human cases of infection, including nine deaths, said the UN agency.
In addition, 11 countries and regions have reported laboratory confirmed cases with no deaths, including Austria (1), Canada (34), Hong Kong, China (1), Denmark (1), Germany (3), Israel (2), Netherlands (1), New Zealand (3), Spain (13), Switzerland (1) and Britain (8).

The WHO said that the situation continued to evolve and it would renew its tally on regular basis.
