BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- A 7-magnitude quake jolted the Philippines at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.

The epicenter, with a depth of 135 kilometers, was initially determined to be at 10 degrees north latitude and 124.3 degrees east longitude, the center said.
