WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- Two students were shot at a high school Friday in Philadelphia, the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, local media reported.
The shooting happened at around 3:20 p.m. local time at the Delaware Valley Charter School. The injured boy and girl, both aged 15, were rushed to the Albert Einstein Medical Center in the vicinity. They are both listed in stable condition.
The suspect was taken in police custody for the shooting, according to local media reports.
The incident was the second shooting case at a school across in the United States this week. A 12-year-old boy opened fire on two classmates at a middle school in the state of New Mexico Tuesday, injuring three people injured, including two of his fellow students before he dropped the shotgun and was taken into police custody.
